"The Bears Are Coming!" trailer (11 mins)
This is the first of the BearFest pieces, featuring February's "Mardi Gras" Launch-Party, when we were first introduced to the pristine bears and to all the (135) artists' submissions for the contest.
The next video (see below), "The Bears Are HERE...!" follows-on from this one, and features the actual unveiling of the finished bears in June.
The trailer for "The Bears are Coming..!" was shown on local Community Access stations [Easthampton's Channel 5 (ECAT), ACTV (Amherst) and NCTV (Northampton)], during March and April, and "The Bears Are HERE...!" was shown on ECAT and NCTV last month and is showing on ACTV (Amherst) both this week and next week.
Duration : 11 minutes.
Any artists whom I haven't interviewed yet who would like to be included in the "Souvenir" video and/or the proposed final documentary, please get in touch.

An Introduction to our little City of Easthampton ('Gazebo Nights' video) (30 minutes)
The open-air concert season is back with us!
Summer is nearly here!
Here's a repost of the first 'Gazebo Nights' piece that I shot last year (June, 2008), the start of a series for local TV stations showcasing Easthampton's weekly open-air concerts.
Not so much a record of the gig, more a travelogue for Easthampton, giving a good 'feel' for the city and for the people who live here.
Features the music of local Classic Rock group, "Landslyde."
Duration : 30 minutes.

"BearFest Goes To The Parade!" (27 minutes)
Coverage of the Bear Festival float in March's Holyoke St Patrick's Day parade ~ the first float from Easthampton to take part in 20 years!
Already showing on Channel 5, copies of the programme will be given to other local Community Access stations for cablecasting, also.
It gives a good 'feel' for the annual parade, plus you get to see the first of the completed Festival bears, "Paddy O'Bearden," and it's clear why our 'Performing Bear' was such a resounding success on the day.
Duration : 27 minutes.
